Central Import performed basic maintenance/checkup on our beloved 14 year-old VW hatchback a month ago. The shop is located in the downtown area in a fairly accessible/convenient spot. There appears to be parking for about 14–16 cars outside the shop, which was already full that morning. Inside, the shop has four or five service pads, and I found the entire area to be very clean and organized. I was met with service personnel almost immediately on arrival, to park my car, review service request details, and take any additional input. The service was completed same day and cost about $295. Afterward, I was comforted to find all fluids topped up, and their tire tread/brake pad measurements were in line with those of our last service garage's from out west where we used to live. It is...

Always pleased with the service and level of professionalism that I get as a patron of Central Import.
Desmond and the team are honest and have very fair prices (especially given they’re in the downtown location).
Considering the issue in my car was basically already solved the cost was a bit high but regardless the service was good.
They immediately got to work and communicated the issues that they found, timeline for repairs and approximate price before starting the work.
