Can I have my vehicle towed to your shop after hours?
Yes, provide the address to the tow truck driver and how them leave the keys in the convenient key drop-off slot. Our customer service team will contact you on the following business day.
Do I need more than one estimate?
No, it is up to you to decide how many estimates you would like and if you want to compare your options. If this is an insurance claim, have your insurance company contact the shop directly and they will take care of managing the estimate and rates.
Can I have my vehicle repaired at the shop of my choice?
Yes, it is completely within your right to choose who will repair your vehicle. Yes. We have a limited lifetime warranty on all of our work for as long as you own the vehicle. This guarantee does not transfer with a change in ownership.
