How can I get listed on Shop Locator?

To be listed on CBS' Shop Locator, you must be a repair shop and you must meet and maintain certain qualifications. Please contact your CBS Parts representatives to discuss your eligibility.

What is your return policy?

Returnable goods must be in new and re-sealable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice. Parts will not be accepted for return after one year. All returns and cancelled Special Orders are subject to a 50% restocking charge. Freight charges are non-refundable. Special orders, electrical components, and tire chains are not returnable.

Can CBS use a VIN number for a heavy duty truck to find parts?

Some of our suppliers have VIN-decoders for parts like Filters, Belts, Tensioners and some Engine Accessories. We can also use most medium duty truck VIN numbers to reference Hydraulic Brake Parts. We can also use your VIN number to reference the year, make, model and engine of your HD vehicle and use that information to help us reference parts. In some cases, we need part numbers off of the items you are looking for, and in many cases, our experienced staff can use pictures sent from your mobile device to reference your parts.

Can you help me identify a camshaft?

Yes, if you complete this camshaft identification form and send it to your local CBS Parts store, one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.

Can I interchange Bendix rationalized calipers ADB22X and ADB22XLT?

No, the Bendix ADB22X and ADB22XLT rationalized calipers will not interchange. You can use a complete caliper, either 22X or 22XLT, and use the carrier or bracket that comes with the complete caliper and replace the entire unit.
