Quality Assured was established in 1992 with 10 founding members. Our small group of independent shops recognized a need in the industry to form an alliance and provide better value for our advertising and purchasing dollars. This need emerged from a changing market place and shrinking profit margins, which still exist today.

Each facility owns an equal share in Quality Assured Collision Services and has equal input into its operation. We are an independent group with a common focus: strong loyalty to each other and our business partners. Our alliance provides better value as a result of our combined volume and we are recognized as a credible, dynamic, in-the-know group with a spotlight on integrity. We have freedom of independence with group support, industry recognition and community involvement, and an advertising budget and purchasing power that would not be available to an individual shop. We also provide promotional items and advertising programs, a group website, supplier rebates, and performance groups. Every year, we discuss ideas and suggestions at our annual general meeting, and host multiple exciting QA events.
