I was visiting Calgary from Nova Scotia and was rear ended at high speed by a truck in a hit and run accident, resulting in nearly $25,000 in damages. The prospect of being away from home with such major damages to my vehicle was a lot to process. I explained my concerns were primarily regarding time, that I was away from home, and had to make arrangements to stay in the city while repairs were being done. Kyle was my contact there, he kept me in the loop every step of the way, recognized my concerns, and was absolutely fabulous. It wasn't a quick repair, but I felt like my vehicle was never forgotten, or down the list. Kyle has my utmost appreciation for his professional, efficient, and kind communication skills.

Had a very good experience here with reparations to a 2023 F150 which had the side of the box and bumper damaged.
They also forgot to re-install the radio antenna and did not cleanup the glass in the cowl from the accident.
