After assessing the damage and going through the insurance process (which took over a week), I dropped off my SUV and it was all fixed and cleaned within a few days.
Instead of following up with a phone call when they didn’t get a response, they left me with a larger unrepaired damage than what was initially fixed.
Prompt responses to my questions and the workmanship was excellent.
Apart from various dents, the most significant damage was to the trunk, which was stuck and wouldn't open.
