CSN was the only shop I called that immediately, with every person I spoke to, expressed sympathy for my situation. When I spoke to Richard, the shop manager, his first response was to provide advice on how I could improve my situation - he didn't rush to offer services to make money, but was focused on things I could do to minimize my cost and exposure, and making sure I knew what I'd have to do to move forward.
