We were able to send an e-mail explaining my situation that night and received a response promptly reassuring us that we could leave the car on their lot, drop the key in the evening drop box and they would take a look in the morning.
We were visiting family in Canada and traveling back home to the states and our truck broke down.
Considering big corporations [**cough*Midas*cough**] love to milk you for every dime you don't have, I was happy to see a job done so well, so quickly, and at such a good price.
My wife was in surgery in Kingston, went to run some errands when rear control arm collapsed, side of road and stressed , called d&d they arranged a tow then rushed my car in and their great people fixed it right away.
Friendly office staff greeted us and the team did the work right away which allowed us and to attend a funeral without additional stress.
They went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
