The price displayed is based on your IP (internet protocol) address. If you have a Canadian IP address, the prices will be displayed in Canadian currency. Yes, we do. If you live in the Lower Mainland of B.C. or in GTA (Toronto, ON), you may choose to ship the order to one of our retail stores or warehouses and the shipping is free. Pick-up orders are first pre-authorized for the full amount, but only a $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged when the order is processed. The remainder of the balance and any additional labour charges will be completed at the time of installation/pick-up at the retail store. Your credit card will not be charged twice. Please call our retail locations to get a quote for labour and installation charges. Once your order arrives at the location of your choice, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. Government issued identification is required for pick-up orders. If you choose to pay by using the INTERAC option we will collect the payment in full before sending your order to the store for pick-up. Any additional service you require in store will be charged separately at the store. Once your order is delivered to the store we will contact you to make pick-up / installation arrangements. You will have 30 days to pick up your order otherwise it will be considered cancelled.

We carry a very large inventory at our facility, however it would be impossible to stock every item we have listed. Although we can get most products from our affiliate warehouses within 1-2 days, there are times when items are sold out. If we see that we cannot get the products to our warehouse within 5-7 business days, we will contact you via E-mail within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will then give you the option to wait for the product to become available, offer other options, or cancel the order altogether.

We will not ship a tire that has a manufacturing date more than 4 years old without your approval. The majority of tires we ship are within 4 years or less of their manufacturing date. In the event we find tires that are older, we will contact you with options before we ship. If you do accidentally receive tires with a DOT older than 4 years, please contact us via E-mail and let us know so we can work with you to find a solution.

We source our inventory from hundreds of manufacturers and independent suppliers across the US and Canada. Because of this we are unable to check for specific DOTs.
