I have to give credit where credit is due. I scheduled my car in for an oil change and to have an unknown noise fixed. Before dropping my car off I changed my mind about having the issue investigated (after they had already gone on a short drive with me to hear what the noise was) because I was fairly certain I would be able to find the source of the noise on my own, and being a young person in this city, every dollar counts. They didn't flinch or protest when I changed my mind last minute to only do the oil change, and to my surprise, when I went to pick up the car later that day, they had fixed the source of the noise free of charge!
