Our priority is not only to build a quality product but also to maximize your investment. Our technology, called “Cold Retreading”, is completely different from what exists elsewhere in the industry. The other technologies or processes usually deteriorate the mechanical structure of the tires, resulting in a tire that lasts fewer hours and that doesn't have the same capacity to be retreaded again. Our technology maximizes tire life and allows for multiple retreads. Furthermore, all our repairs, up to a diameter of 10', are cured in an autoclave. The consistent heat and pressure of the chamber ensures uniform pressure on casings and prevents the occurrence of deformations that commonly appear with other technologies.
