Visited a few days ago to see if they could replace the battery on our Honda Fit and was originally told they could schedule me for later in the week. We agreed I would call back to confirm an appointment date and I left. When I got back to my car, I found that the battery had again died. I went back to Ootmar and Ben was happy to help jump-start my car and even offered to squeeze me into his scheduled to get the battery replaced that same day. Everything was done within a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks, Ben!

Mike was very knowledgeable and reasonable in advising the repairs that were must haves and ones which were nice to haves.
I really appreciated how accommodating they were when I had urgent needs.
