Excellent service! J'ai pris rendez-vous pour l'installation de mes pneus d'hiver sur ma Model 3. Ils ont une expertise évidente avec les Tesla. Grâce à leur expérience, ils ont pu régler plusieurs autres petits problèmes en même temps. 10/10

Always really satisfied with their service, welcome, follow-up and kindness.
So I did my research and found the part when I told them that I was bringing the part in question they told me that in this case it was $175 per hour 🙄🥴 of course I I'm going to do business with my Kia dealer who does the job for me at $130 an hour 🤷♂️

Only missing is a coffee machine in the waiting room and electrical outlets to work while waiting.
Those of us who have been using electric vehicles for years with all kinds of problems with manufacturers and their customer service policies, we thank you for the service, follow-up and attention you give us.
Not only did Michael's team repair the issue but they did so at a fraction (25%) of what it would've cost at Tesla.
